The copyright for the data will be shared with the publisher (individual or organization) and CCI/VIE only. It is one of the best ways to safeguard your hard earned/generated data. We assure you that no other individual, organization or the government, can misuse it in any form, otherwise they may invite legal reactions.

Since the data will appear in public domain, with prohibition of use and protected under copyright act, publishers can monetise the data at any point of time if they wish so to do.
